Abstract
    In het kader van het RIKZ-project WONS-ecotopen is na de ontwikkeling van een benthisch ecotopenstelsel begonnen aan een pelagisch ecotopenstelsel. Een pelagisch ecotoop kan gekenmerkt worden door abiotische, biotische en antropogene condities. In dit document wordt ingegaan op de primaire productie en de limitatie hiervan door licht en nutriënten.
